Petite Elections

Petite elections are done every year for the Congress, and every five years for Presidential elections, so they overlap. For Congress elections citizens can choose three people for their vote, as three new members are elected every year. On the other hand, in Presidential elections citizens get one vote each, as only one President is elected.
