Purchase of the Condinlin Territory

The Purchase of the Condinlin is a Territory that makes up todays Ioway, (parts of) Arbre, and (parts of) West Hill.

The Purchase is we known because it originally doubled the size of Petite at the time, similar to the Luisiana Purchase for the United States. This land was purchased by First President Theo, and purchased from a local Married couple in Petite. This purchase was only done with 500₽! And the check hasn't been converted to money yet! Its so old the Petite Checking System looks totally different! Condinlin is named after the Island of Condinlin, and fake country Theo made when he was in 5th grade, which was a long time ago. This name pays respect to the couple, the old "country", and Theo's grandparents, the original owners of the future Kings Coast Territory.

The Petite Treasury has been ordered by President Theo to accept the check if turned in, even though the check isn't valid. The location of the check is unknown, yet the location of the couple is not. They still live on the land, living in Arbre, the capitol of the Federal Republic of Petite.
